How quickly do you respond?
Usually within 1–2 business days. If you need an immediate answer, booking a strategy session is faster.
Do you do site visits or in-person consultations?
All sessions are currently remote via video call. I focus on strategy, not on-site property walks. You handle the property; I handle the framework.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Reach out via this form or the scheduling link in your confirmation email.
Do you work with out-of-state operators?
Yes, if your situation is relevant to the 1–30 unit self-managing operator model I work with. Markets outside the US may require more context.
